I must be a teenager at heart, cuz I love Harry Potter as much as Twilight series. I don't think there will be a competition, the timing is great, cuz it gives us all a little something in the summer and then in the fall/winter.

ReplyDeleteFor me Twilight > Harry Potter but Harry is great to get lost in, lots-o-details and subplots.
I am also a Harry Potter fan, but I like Twilight more. I don't think it has to be a competition movie wise, though. HP will be long out of theaters by the time New Moon comes out. I will be seeing both!

For me is the Twilight series all the way!I use to read the Harry Potter books , well not technicaly i only read 4 chapters of the 1st book and i didn't get what it was about , which character is which?I got so confuse , so i stop reading Harry Potter.Then i stop reading for awhile.Then all of a sudden ppl in my school have books of an apple,leave,ribbon,and chess board.I was like , they must be nerdy , boring books.Then i asked a clasemate what she was reading , what it was about,and if its a good book.She said it's called Twilight , and told me what it was about , and that the movie is coming out NOvember 21,2008... so that day i told my mom to get the book for me , please and she did.It took me 2days to read Twilight and i got the rest of the books the next day.The Twilight Series only took me 12 days to read all the books.I fell in love with books and i understood what the book was about and the characters which were which.Anyway Twilight series for me all the way!!Harry potter i have no connection at all , with the books or the movies.But in Twilight i have so much connection with books and with the future movies.

I have never been much of a Harry Potter fan, so probably not qualified to comment. I don't think Twilight will stop those who have loved Harry Potter from seeing the movie. Maybe it would have been different if they were released at the same time?

ReplyDeleteMaybe Warner Brothers could reprise Cedric Diggory's role and have him follow Harry around as a ghost or something. Then the studio wouldn't have anything to worry about and I could see even MORE RPattz! Win!
ReplyDeleteGrowing up? I am grown up! I like both and am super excited for Wednesday. I have taken the day off work so i can see it early, worse however is the week off i have taken off for new moon. recovery time is essential.
