ReplyDeleteI received mine in the mail today. Not sure when it will hit the stores. The date on the cover is May 29,2009. Should be out anytime now I would think.

ReplyDeleteFINALLY! They actually look like vampires. In Twilight, Edwards skin was the same color as Bella's for like 90% of the movie. Now, he actually loooks like a vampire. That was my biggest WTF about Twilight. Why didnt they look like vampires!? Now they do.

NO! to Laurent's ashy make up. He looks like the stereotypical black vampire. This movie makes the exception of making the vampires look more normal and his complexion in Twilight exutes the olive skin tone portrayed in the book. Not this weird i just dabbed a junk load of powder on my face look.

Edward no longer looks like a mime. What was with the white face, red lips and pink ears in Twilight?? Bella looked more "undead" than he did! This looks good - so far!

ReplyDeleteContrary to what others have been saying, I think the makeup job looks bad. Laurent looks like he just got out of a bath in liquid chalk and I'm not really too thrilled with Edward's makeup job.
ReplyDeleteEdward's chest mane should have been taken care of, its fine for Rob but Edward's chest is supposed to be smooth. They forgot about that in Twilight and was hoping that they'd fix it in NM, guess not. Yeah I know, I'm being knitpicky, but still...
